WPC Profile Production Line

8)Widely applicable:Can be used to produce PP PE PVC ABS PS and various plant fibers.To improve the strength of product,can add glass fiber in it.

The performance of finished WPC products:

Can be processed like normal woods to shave,saw,nail.ItsSurface hardness 5 times than common wood;The wear-resistance 7 times higher than fir, nail-holding ability 3 times more than chipboard; the service life up to 50 years.

With heat-resistant(120℃ no soften),anti-frio(-30℃ no fragilization),anti-ultraviolet radiation, water-proof(zero water-suction when soaking 30 days),anti-corrosion,anti-moth,etc mothproof ,with the aroma of natural wood.

Can be extruded into a variety of cross-section shape, size, precision products,the product can be recycled 100%.
